Experience Hamburg by night and discover the fascinating evening atmosphere of the harbour in bright colours!
The light tour through the Port of Hamburg is an atmospheric, one-hour tour that allows you to experience the most important sights of the harbour in a special glow of lights. On board, you will be accompanied by an experienced guide in German, who will tell you exciting details about the illuminated highlights.
Depending on the tide in Hamburg, your trip will be on a large passenger ship or a traditional barge. The large passenger ship will take you out to the sprawling container port, where gigantic container ships await you, their lights reflecting on the water and providing an unforgettable photo opportunity.
On the way there, you will see the brightly lit St. Pauli fish market, the Köhlbrand Bridge and the banks of the Elbe beach in the evening light. The impressive Blohm+Voss shipyard is also part of the route, where you can marvel at the newly built yachts in a magical atmosphere.
To round off the tour, you will see the Elbphilharmonie in its evening splendour – a fascinating landmark that is particularly impressive in the dark.
If you choose a trip on a barge, you will travel through the narrower canals of the harbour and immerse yourself in the history and architecture, which is particularly impressive at night.
