Where can I get tickets for the Classic Tours?
You can purchase tickets directly from our drivers on the bus or online in the ticket shop. You can redeem your online ticket with our bus drivers. We accept both printed vouchers and mobile vouchers on your mobile phone.
Are the online tickets fixed to a specific date?
No, you can redeem your online ticket within one year of the date of purchase.
Where does the city tour start?
Wherever you like. You can start the tour at any of our stops.
When do the buses depart?
Please refer to our timetable for current departure times.
How long does a city tour last?
A complete city tour takes approximately 90 minutes.
What does hop on hop off mean?
You can travel all day long and hop on and off as often as you like.
What is the combined ticket?
You purchase a ticket for our city tour and a heavily discounted ticket for a harbour tour with our partner, saving up to €14 per person. The ticket for the harbour tour can be redeemed within one year, so you do not have to take the harbour tour on the same day as the city tour.
Are there group discounts?
Yes. For groups of 10 or more, we offer a discounted group rate of €18 instead of the standard rate of €21.
What is the family ticket?
The family ticket (€44) is valid for 1-2 adults and their children up to 14 years of age.
Can people with limited mobility travel on board?
Yes. Wheelchair spaces are available. Our drivers will be happy to assist you if necessary.
In which languages is the city tour available?
The city tour is narrated in German and English. We offer both audio guides and live commentary.
Are dogs allowed on board?
Yes. Dogs are welcome to come along.
